Striking - MIYs Newest

Here they are, the last three models to join the fold of MIY. Please help me welcome, Puja, Rhonda and Nicole to "The Model in You - The Beauty in Diversity". As you can see right away, all three of our newest models are "striking". I will update this post with additional pictures later but I wanted to get something out tonight on our newest models.

Goodnight...

David

Last But Certainly Not Least

Last night Dave and I met with the final three models. While these ladies may have been last they are as the title of this post says.
Nicole has been a friend for quite some time and is just an all around fun personality to be around so when she agreed to model for us I was really excited. She is a beautiful lady and I knew that she would have fun with a project like this, it's great to have her involved.
Rhonda, is a truly gorgeous woman. She is also from my home state so I am looking forward to getting to know her better!
Puja, was a bundle of surpirse. She seemed shy at first but she is really a natural in front of the camera.
Dave and I will be meeting in the next few weeks to start planning for all the models individual shoots. We are both really excited about the project and getting to know more about our models.
Here are a few shots from last night. Let me know what you think.

MIY 09- New Models

This weekend Dave and I met with a few more models for our "Model In You" project. I'm looking forward to these ladies sessions. It's getting close to the season for shooting outdoors so we are in the process of planning out all the models individual shoots. Below are images of the new models: Bonnie, Jenny and Libby. I know Dave caught it...they all have an "E" sound to their name. We had fun getting to know these ladies. I found out Bonnie is from Louisiana (I am too), Jenny was born in Korea (I lived there for a year) and Libby's husband subs at my son's school. I hope everyone enjoys the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Beauty in Diversity

It’s a beautiful thing this “beauty in diversity”. Our project has a dual name/focus and we’re probably overdue in talking about its second name. I heard the following today from one of our models “I’m really impressed with such a wide array of ethnic groups that you've chosen for this project”. That is a huge compliment and confirmation coming from one of our models who is not only participating in the project but also keeping up with the new models that we are adding.

Diversity and the beauty that exudes from it is what this project is all about. It’s what you see with your eyes, what emanates from our models each day that makes up who they are and what’s down in their soul that can be observed but not disturbed. It comes to us through many colors, perspectives, experiences and continents. There is so much to learn about each person, their experiences, heritage and perspectives and we are VERY excited and plan to do some writing to go along with the pictures to capture where we’ve been in our travels (Nebraska, Illinois, Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Mexico, India, Philippians, Africa, Native America, Cuba, etc.) through each ethnicity. We hope to take you to places in your mind through our pictures and photojournalashion that will broaden your insight as we mature the project and get to know the beauty in our diversity.

Angel and I want to develop this project into a very diverse and dynamic entity that creates a memorable experience for our models and community. Every community including ours has been enriched through diversity and is now one big melting pot bubbling over with diversity as far as the eye can see. Over the years we’ve been adding some really cool spices from across the U.S. and destinations east. As I said at the onset, it’s a beautiful thing this “beauty in diversity”. Please stay tuned.

MIY - All About the "E"

Yesterday we met with Libby, Jenny and Bonnie who are our newest models to MIY. All three of these ladies have an "E" sound in their name thus the title of this Blog. As you can see, all of three of these models have another thing in common; they are beautiful and they look good in front of the camera.

We met out at the NV Lounge and had the entire upstairs to ourselves. I want to ask the owners if we can use the place to do a photo shoot as the upstairs has some very big and beautiful windows and I think we can do some very cool things with them. We have one more meeting before we start meeting with all the models individually but for now, it's all about the "E".
